Don't be offended, the title is sort of a tradition at this point. And yes, I am traveling to NYC for a long weekend vacation with the sweetie. Woo-hoo! Bring on the black and white cookies, the egg creams and the entitled superiority.
Unfortunately, I also have a cold. Yeah. Who has a cold in June? Me, right before my first vacation in a long time. So I hope the cast of "Spring Awakening" doesn't mind that there will be some guy in the mezzanine blowing his nose while they sing about their hormonal urges and teenage oppression.
So anyway, I'll hopefully be back to blogging by early next week, unless all that New York attitude really rubs off on me and I decide blogging is so 2006 or something.
You better wash your hands before coming into my city, bitch.

The Adventures of Kavalier and Klay is one of my favorite books of all time! I really want to read his new one but I'm committed to a strict, one-book-at-a-time policy this summer, in hopes of actually finishing a book. (I'm currently on The Davinci Code. Lame, I know, but it's an exciting story). Say hi to NYC for me!
